William Green was born on December 17, 1979 in Atlantic City, New Jersey. He is a professional football player who made his debut in the National Football League in 2002. Although his early life was filled with so many challenges, he remained strong and went on with his life very well. He attended high school at Holy Spirit High School in New Jersey where he became a football player. There, he received a number of All-American honors as a player. He went to Boston College to have his tertiary education and became a member of the university's football team. He made a record of 2,700 rushing yards and 32 touchdowns. A top-rated selection during the 2002 NFL Draft, he played for Cleveland Browns at the start of his rookie seasons. He was selected by the Cleveland Browns during the 2002 National Football League Draft as 16th overall. He made an impressive start with 887 yards completed and six touchdowns. However, his good start as a pro was affected by substance abuse issues and was suspended from playing in the league for him to undergo a series of treatment. According to many reviews, he tried to revive his playing career in 2004 but unfortunately, he only made 585 yards. In 2005, he continued to struggle to get back in the game but he was injured in that season. He was placed in the injured reserve and not long after was released by the Browns.
