Stuart Grimson is a retired ice hockey player who was born on May 10, 1965 in Vancouver, British Columbia. He played as a forward for the National Hockey League. According to many reviews, he wasn't a good player during his younger years but improved much in the course of his career. Grimson stands at 6 ft. 6 in. and weighs 240 lbs. He began playing impressively in the 1996-1997 season, when he recorded a number of wins against other strong players in the league. His first team was the Calgary Flames and later on, he transferred to Chicago Blackhawks. Nicknamed as “The Grim Reaper”, he had a quite frightening image because of his penalty minutes which reached to 2,000 minutes. Regarded as one of the finest fighters in the history of NHL, he played for a few other teams including the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, the Carolina Hurricanes and the Detroit Red Wings. He also played for the Los Angeles Kings in 2000-2001 seasons. He spent his final seasons with the Nashville Predators. However, in a fight with Edmonton Oilers' Georges Larague, he obtained a head injury and retired compulsory. He spent his career with a rivalry with Bob Probert, who, according to reviews, was better than him.
