He played for the Cubs from 1981 - 1982, White Sox from 1983 - 1991, Rangers from 1986 - 1989, Brewers in 1992, Red Sox from 1993 - 1994 and Tigers in 1995. Over 15 seasons, he played 1612 games, hit 34 home runs, drove in 688 runs, and stole 99 bases. Born on July 30, 1958 in Fort Walton Beach, FL, Fletcher stands 5' 11 and weighs 168 lb. He attended Wadsworth (Wadsworth, OH) high school and was drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the 1st round (6th pick) of the 1979 amateur draft (June Secondary). Player signed June 6, 1979.
