Peter John Ramos is a professional basketball athlete who hails from Puerto Rico. He played in the National Basketball Association and a few other leagues as a professional athlete. He studied and played basketball at Colegio Bautista where he harnessed his skills in playing. He was named as the Most Valuable Player in the Puerto Rican Basketball League. He soon became a member of the Puerto Rican basketball team and competed in the Pan American games. In 2004, he played in the Summer Pro League of the National Basketball Association for the Washington Wizards and in that same year, he played for the Puerto Rican team in the Olympic Games in 2004. The teams defeated the United States team in the said Olympics. He was able to appear in six games during the 2004-2005 seasons and logged eleven points. At the later part of the season, he was placed in the injured reserve after sustaining and injury that may affect his plays. He joined the Roanoke Dazzle in 2005 when he became part of the NBA Development League. He ended up that season with the second highest number of blocks made with 78. He also played in the National Superior Basketball and appeared for the Caguas Creoles in the 2007 season. He finished the season with 17.5 PPG average.
