Born on February 7, 1971, Marvin Graves was a former professional football player. He played for Archbishop Carroll High School as a quarterback and was also an outstanding basketball player in the said high school. In college, he attended the Syracuse University where he made an all-time high passing and led the university in four campaigns. He made 48 touchdowns, which is second among the highest in the university's history. He played as a quarterback in several games including the 1990 Aloha Bowl and the 1992 Hall of Fame bowl. He also played for the team in the 1993 Fiesta Bowl. Because of his remarkable achievements in the university, he was included in the All-Century Team in 1999. According to many reviews, he started playing professionally for the Toronto Argonauts during the 1994 to 1995 seasons. He played as a quarterback for the said team as well as for other teams including Saskatchewan Roughriders for the 1996, 2000-2001 seasons and the Montreal Alouettes in 1997. Marvin Graves finished his career as a football player and opted coaching high schools in Washington, DC. He also coached a few quarterback camps.
