He played for the Astros from 1968 - 1977, Pilots from 1969 - 1970, Yankees in 1971, Brewers in 1971, Twins from 1973 - 1975, Dodgers in 1976 and Rangers in 1980. Over 9 seasons, he played 297 games, hit 28 home runs, drove in 69 runs, and stole 4 bases. Born on July 14, 1947 in Los Angeles, CA, Walton stands 6' 0 and weighs 195 lb. He attended Bishop Amat (La Puente, CA) high school and was drafted by the Houston Astros in the 10th round of the 1965 amateur draft.
