A famous baseball player and a manger that played in the National League as an outfielder for several teams, Casey Stengel was born in Kansas City, Missouri on July 30, 1890 was also known as “Casey” in the baseball history. Stengel started playing with the Brooklyn Dodgers on September 17, 1912 and ended up in the seasons of 1917. The following season was spent with the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1918. Stengel also played with the Philadelphia Phillies in 1920 and some part of the 1921 season. He also played for the New York Giants for 2 years, from 1921 to 1923 and with the Boston Braves from the season of 1924 to 1925. Stengel was able to play with three World Series when he was still playing for the Dodgers in 1922 and with the Giants in 1923 season.
