Aaron Boone Autographs

A major league third baseman, Aaron Boone is an outstanding player of Florida Marlins. This fine man who has also played for the Cincinnati Reds, New York Yankees, and Cleveland Indians was born on March 9, 1973. His full name is Aaron John Boone and he was born in La Mesa, California. He has a good foundation on being a player given that he is a son of catcher and manager Bob Boone, brother of former second baseman Bret Boone and he just happens to be the grandson of former major leaguer Ray Boone. He became famous in his 11th inning home run in the Game 7 of the 2003 American League Championship Series which was played by the Boston Red Sox and the New York Yankees. He contributed to the 6-5 victory over the Boston Red Sox. In February 2004, he was cut from the team after an injury on his knee. But then in 2005, the Yankees was again interested in taking Boone back and let him play second base where he is to replace Enrique Wilson and Miguel Cairo but he refused and signed a two-year contract with the Cleveland Indians. Year after signing that contract, Boone signed another one-year contract but with Florida Marlins this time. Boone was selected for the American Football League, Brigade 2006 Rookie of the Year, and AFL Rookie of the Month. He accomplished 66 receptions, 748 yards and led the Brigade with 19 touchdowns and a remarkable 118 points.
